“Empower the Learner” Programs are for parents, schools and teachers to use with kids ages 8-18 who struggle with learning independently. Kids that may be dyslexic, have learning disabilities or have challenges in writing, planning or organizing assignments.
We help kids to recognize and share stories of their strengths and challenges in their learning using the practical 3-Step “Empower the Learner” Process, based on the learning sciences (not learning styles). In this process, we help them understand how they learn along with the skills, tools and apps they can use to independently support their challenges and enhance their strengths in school and at home.
We want kids to have autonomy over themselves and their learning. We believe children who can advocate for themselves can do anything!
